HAMDEN, CT - A Hamden resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 18, Agustin Cirino Carrasquillo, of Hamden, purchased a Play 4 Day ticket from the Minute Mart in Hamden and won $10,000.
