HAMDEN, CT - A Hamden resident is $15,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On July 22, Lee Stephens, of Hamden, purchased a Play 4 Day ticket from the 7-Eleven in Hamden and won $15,000.
