HAMDEN, CT — A Hamden resident recently won $20,000 while playing a scratch-off game, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Earlie Jones Jr. won $20,000 on a 20X Cash 4Th Edition scratch-off ticket that was sold at High Street Shell in East Hartford on Dec. 4.
