HAMDEN, CT — A Hamden resident won $10,000 on a scratch-off ticket this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Angelina Liguori won $10,000 on a 10X Cash 13Th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Clinton Food Mart LLC in Clinton on July 15.
