The resident won $10,000 on a 10X Cash 17th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Choe Foodmart LLC at 1345 New Haven Ave. in Milford, according to Lottery officials.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
