HAMDEN, CT — A Hamden resident is $$11,089 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in his home town earlier week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On August 20, George Morgan, of Hamden, purchased a Lotto ticket from the Hamden Food Mart and won $11,089.
