Hamden Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize

The winning ticket was recently sold at a business in a nearby town.

HAMDEN, CT — A Hamden resident recently won more than $22,000 on a lottery ticket that was sold in New Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

David Martell won $22,785 on a Play4 Night ticket that was sold at Gerry's Shell Food Mart at 141 Willow Street in New Haven, according to Lottery officials.
