Hamden Ice Rink Finalist For Hockeyville USA Contest

HAMDEN, CT — Hamden’s Louis Astorino Arena has qualified in the Top 10 for the Kraft Foods Hockeyville, USA 2017 contest and officials are asking for your help to bring home the gold. The Hamden rink has the opportunity to win up to a Grand Prize of $150,000 in improvements, to be featured on a NBC Sports profile segment before an NHL preseason game and to host an NHL game, and to win the title and trophy for Kraft Hockeyville, USA 2017.

To win the contest, the Louis Astorino Arena needs votes. To vote, login to www.krafthockeyville.com, enter your email address, and start voting. You can vote up to 50 times a day (from Tuesday, April 11th until midnight Thursday, April 13th) and 50 times on each voting method; on the Krafthockeyville.com website, by sharing on Facebook and Twitter or texting AstorinoCT to 35350 on your cell phone (phone carrier rates may apply).
