Heronettes Synchonized Swim Team Hosts Beginner Clinic in September

Join the Olympic sport of synchronized swimming with the Hamden Heronettes. We have been competing nationally for 44 years and invite you to join the team! Beginner clinic begins Sept. 12 5:45-6:45 at the Hamden High pool. First session is free, 10 sessions only $150! Ages 7 and up are welcome - swimmers should be able to swim the length of the pool. Our expert coaches will be there to guide them through every stroke! The clinic will be held Monday and Wednesday from 5:45-6:45 pm. Visit heronettes.org for more information and everything Synchro!
