Holiday Closures Announced For Town Of Hamden
Officials announce the schedule for town buildings and trash collection for the Good Friday holiday.
HAMDEN, CT — Town officials are reminding residents and staff of the following holiday schedule changes.
Town offices and buildings, including Government Center, Keefe Community Center, the Senior Center, and all Hamden Public Library buildings, will be closed Friday, April 3, through Sunday, April 5, in observance of Good Friday, and will reopen Monday, April 6, at their regularly scheduled hours.
The library’s digital branch is available 24/7.

The Hamden Transfer Station will be closed on Friday, April 3, but will be open from 8 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. on Saturday, April 4.
Trash and recycling pick-up will not be affected by this holiday, according to officials.
