Hugo Kauder Trio Performing at Whitney Center in Hamden on Sunday
The free show begins at 4 p.m. at 200 Leeder Hill Drive, with a 2:30 p.m. talk with Norman Dee, president of the Hugo Kauder Society.

The Hugo Kauder Trio is performing at Whitney Center in Hamden on Sunday, Oct. 12 at 4 p.m. as part of their U.S. premiere concert tour.
Founded in 2008 by award-winning oboist, Ivan Danko, the Hugo Kauder Trio features a unique combination of instruments and performs a variety of works by Hugo Kauder and persecuted and lesser-known composers of the 19th and 20th centuries.
At 2:30 p.m., enjoy a talk with Norman Dee, president of the Hugo Kauder Society (and one of Kauder’s last students), about the life and works of Hugo Kauder.
