Illegal Tire Dumping Piling Up In Hamden: Report
Hamden is trying to combat a recent increase in the illegal dumping of tires in town.
HAMDEN, CT — Hamden is adding police patrols and cameras to combat an increase in the illegal dumping of tires in town, according to WTNH News 8.
WTNH reports the problem has been piling up in the past several months and is costing the town.
One resident told WTNH that her Ring camera spotted a vehicle pulling up and unloading four large tires a few feet from her home, and leaving within minutes.
