KC101’s Annual Stuff-A-Bus Event Taking Place In Hamden
Radio talent will be broadcasting live from the event, which will take place at Stop & Shop in Hamden.

HAMDEN, CT — KC101’s 32nd Annual Stuff-A-Bus event will take place on Friday, Nov. 18 and Saturday, Nov. 19 at the Stop & Shop plaza in Hamden.
The event will be held from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on both days at the Stop & Shop plaza at 2335 Dixwell Ave.
Radio talent including KC101’s Adam Rivers, 960WELI’s Vinnie Penn and 97-9 ESPN’s Rob Dibble will broadcast live from the event encouraging listeners to stop by and help their neighbors in need, according to a news release.

Suggested donation items include frozen turkeys and non-perishable food items. Cash donations are accepted and can be donated ahead of time via www.KC101.com/stuffabus
“As the impact of the pandemic continues to unfold for many Connecticut residents, Connecticut Foodshare and its statewide network of partner programs are still serving a record amount of food to people struggling with food insecurity,” the news release states. “Local business leaders and community members are volunteering to raise awareness and encourage others to help stuff the bus and donate thanksgiving meals for neighbors in need.”
