Man, 24, Dies After Fall in Restaurant Parking Lot: Hamden Police
The Hamden resident, who struck his head during the fall on Sunday night, has died from his injuries, according to police: BREAKING

HAMDEN, CT — A 24-year-old Hamden man who sustained life-threatening injuries after striking his head while falling in a restaurant parking lot over the weekend has died, according to police.
Hamden Police were dispatched to Andale Restaurant, located at 3307 Whitney Ave., on the report of an unconscious person at about 11:50 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 25.
Moments later, Hamden Fire Department personnel were rendering medical aid to Lorenzo Cucciniello, according to Capt. Ronald Smith.

Cucciniello was transported to Yale-New Haven Hospital with life-threatening injuries. He died from his injuries on Sept. 27, according to Smith.
“A preliminary investigation revealed that Cucciniello fell in the parking lot, striking his head on the ground,” Smith said in a press release. “His body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Farmington for an autopsy.”
