Man Arrested On Gun Charge After Warrant Search: Hamden Police
A semi-automatic gun was found when police executed a search warrant early Thursday morning, officials said.
HAMDEN, CT — A Hamden man was arrested on a gun charge early Thursday morning, according to police.
Members of the New Haven Shooting Task force with assistance from the Hamden Police Department’s Emergency Services Unit personnel conducted a search warrant in the 500 block of Pine Rock Avenue around 5:30 a.m., according to Lt. Anthony Diaz.
Diaz said police found a semi-automatic gun during the search.

Eric Joyner, 27, of Pine Rock Avenue, was arrested at the scene. He was charged with criminal possession of a firearm and was held in lieu of a $100,000 bond with a court date of June 30.
