Man Assaulted, Robbed While Meeting Woman For ‘Massage’: Police
A man told police he was assaulted and robbed by 3 men while he was meeting a woman for a "massage" that was arranged through a website.

HAMDEN, CT — A man who told police he was assaulted by three men and robbed of $250 after meeting up with a woman for a “massage” early Monday morning in Hamden, eventually decided to withdraw his complaint, according to Capt. Ronald Smith.
Police responded to Alstrum Street at about 1:15 a.m. on June 4 on the report of a robbery. Smith said a 27-year-old New Haven resident arranged to meet a woman for a “massage” through a website. After arriving at the address, the victim told police that he was “physically assaulted by three men and robbed of $250,” according to Smith. The victim refused medical treatment.
A K-9 track for the suspects was unsuccessful. After further speaking with police, the victim decided to withdraw his complaint, Smith said.
