Man Exposed Himself to Elderly Woman on Farmington Canal Line: Hamden Police
Police are searching for the man, who they also said touched the victim with his genitals before fleeing on a bicycle.

Hamden police are searching for a man they say exposed himself to a 70-year-old woman and touched her with his genitalia on the Farmington Canal Line.
Police said that at about 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 7, the Hamden resident was approached by an individual, while walking on the Farmington Canal Line.
The individual, who is described as a black male, 18 to 23 years of age, 6-feet, 2-inches tall, weighing 250 pounds, and wearing a blue shirt and black jeans, asked her for the time.

Police said while she was looking at her time piece, the individual had exposed himself and touched her with his genitalia. He then fled on a bicycle, southbound on the canal line.
