Man Exposed Himself to Women in Hamden: Police
The man was arrested twice last week for exposing himself to two different women in their 60s within a four-day span, according to police.

HAMDEN, CT — A Hamden man was arrested twice last week for exposing himself to two different women in their 60s within a span of four days, according to police.
Hamden Police responded to the area of Circular Avenue and Church Street at about 2 p.m. on Aug. 1 on the report of public indecency, according to Capt. Ronald Smith.
Smith said investigation revealed that a 68-year-old female was standing by her motor vehicle, when she was approached by an individual who exposed himself.

The man, who was later identified as Tyrone Harris, was promptly arrested at his Bank Street residence, according to Smith.
Then, at about 12 noon on Aug. 5, police responded to the area of Chester Street on another report of public indecency.

Smith said investigation revealed that Harris, 29, entered the backyard of a Chester Street home. He then walked onto the rear deck and exposed himself to the homeowner, a 66-year-old woman, according to Smith.
Moments later, Hamden Police again arrested Harris at his Bank Street residence.
For the first incident, Harris was charged with public indecency, breach of peace and simple trespass. He was detained on a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Aug. 17 for those charges.
