Members gathered for a holiday luncheon to celebrate the friendships they've formed as a result of their participation in the program.

Members of Quinnipiac University’s Bobcat Stride walking program gather for holiday luncheon

Hamden - Local residents, who are members of the Bobcat Stride community walking program at Quinnipiac University’s North Haven Campus, gathered for a holiday luncheon on Dec. 5, to celebrate the friendships they’ve formed as a result of their participation in the program.

The Bobcat Stride members who attended the luncheon were: Susana Silva, left, Sue Benvenuti, Tom Calamo, Rosemary Calamo, Beth Smith, Linda Altieri and Mary Schreiber.

Bobcat Stride, which is free and open to members of the public 50 years of age and older, takes place weekdays from 6-9 a.m. on the North Haven Campus, 370 Bassett Road. For more information, contact Katie Picard at Katherine.Picard@qu.edu.
