Mixed-Use Property Sells For $4.45M In Hamden

HAMDEN, CT — A mixed-use property at 1349 Dixwell Avenue in Hamden recently sold for $4.45 million, Shelton-based Northeast Private Client Group announced.

Vice President Jeffery Wright and Managing Director Brad Balletto represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction, according to a news release.

The property consists of 36 residential units and a 2,800-square-foot laundromat.

“The property offers the buyer a unique combination of commercial laundromat operations and residential apartment income, positioned along one of Hamden’s primary commercial corridors with strong visibility and convenient access throughout the greater New Haven market,” the news release states.
