National Retailer To Open In Former Bed Bath & Beyond Space In Hamden
The retailer is one of several new businesses, including a Jersey Mike's, coming to Hamden.

HAMDEN, CT — National retailer Ashley Furniture is moving into the former home of Bed Bath & Beyond on Dixwell Avenue in Hamden, according to multiple reports, including the New Haven Register.
The Register reports Ashley Furniture is expected to open at 2045 Dixwell Avenue in mid-October. The store is one of several new businesses that are coming to Hamden.
The Town of Hamden’s official Facebook page recently shared a post from The Connecticut Scoop on Facebook that listed several businesses slated to open in Hamden.

The Connecticut Scoop reported that Jersey Mike’s is opening a new location in the former Starbucks space in the Hamden Plaza and Teriyaki Madness will occupy the space next door to Jersey Mike’s at 2100 Dixwell Avenue.
The Goldfish Swim School is also opening in a portion of the former BonTon space at Hamden Mart, according to The Connecticut Scoop.

Jersey Mike’s is expected to open by mid-October, while Teriyaki Madness is scheduled to open Jan. 3, according to the Register.
The Register reports the Goldfish Swim School, which offers swim lessons for ages 4 months to 12 years old, will open registration later this year.
