Obituary: Jared Paul Liscio, 42, Of Hamden
A Hamden High School graduate, Jared was a loyal and generous man who always put his family and friends first.
HAMDEN, CT — (From Hamden Memorial Funeral Home): Jared Paul Liscio, 42, of Hamden, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022.
Son of the late Heather Liscio-Gilbert. He is survived by his father Harry Gilbert, brothers Justin Gilbert & Jordan Gilbert, and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graduate of Hamden High School, Jared was a loyal and generous man who always put his family and friends first. Without question, he would be the first person to offer his last cent to a loved one in need.

He worked closely with his mother at Alert Answering Service, a company she managed and operated. Upon her death, Jared dedicated his career to continuing her legacy and served as manager in her absence.
He was an avid comic book collector and poker player. As a lifelong Raiders fan, Jared would be very pleased to hear they made the playoffs this year.

A visitation will be on Saturday, Jan. 15, at Hamden Memorial Funeral Home from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Funeral service at 3 p.m.
