Obituary: Joseph ‘Fuke’ Sarno, 43, Of Hamden
He was a caregiver & enjoyed video games, movies, music, crazy funny, but most of all he was a good friend, loving brother, father, & uncle.
HAMDEN, CT — (From Colonial Funeral Home): Joseph R. Sarno “Fuke,” 43, of Hamden, passed away after a long illness Saturday, October 10, 2023, surrounded by family and his friends.
Joseph was born on April 7, 1980, in New Haven, Connecticut, son of Brian Luysterborghs and the late Jean Ann Sarno. Loving father of Christen Sarno, and Godfather of Martin Hall-Rojas.
Survived by four sisters Renee, Jamie, Kelly, and Younger Nicole; and one brother Dillon. Also survived by grandma, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by one sister Nicole.

Joseph was a caregiver. He enjoyed video games, movies, listening to music, crazy funny, but most of all he was a good friend, and loving brother, father, and uncle. Joseph will be greatly missed and loved.
