Peter and the Rabbit Puppet Show Coming to Hamden
Nationally known Pumpernickel Puppets will close out Hamden's Saturday Afternoon Family Entertainment Series this weekend.
The Hamden Arts, Recreation and Culture Department will conclude its Saturday Afternoon Family Entertainment Series when Pumpernickel Puppets presents “Peter and the Rabbit” on March 5 at 1 p.m.
The nationally known puppeteer will perform a humorous adaptation of the classic fairy tale, with a cast of colorful puppet characters, lively sound effects and a fast-paced script.
A demonstration will follow, giving the audience insight into what happens behind the scenes.

The performance is at Thornton Wilder Hall, Miller Cultural Complex, 2901 Dixwell Avenue.
Tickets, available at the door only, are $2 for children and $3 for adults.
