Public invited to Boomer’s Boo Bash, a free Halloween-themed community event, at Quinnipiac University on Oct. 19
HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac University will host Boomer’s Boo Bash, a Halloween-themed community event, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19, on the Quad, 275 Mount Carmel Ave.

The event is free and open to the public.

“I am delighted to extend an invitation to our community for a fun, costume-filled extravaganza,” said Bethany Zemba, Quinnipiac’s vice president for strategy and community relations and chief of staff. “This event will feature hands-on activities, exciting prizes and giveaways. Plus, don’t miss the chance to take photos with Boomer the Bobcat, all hosted by our amazing student-athletes. We look forward to celebrating with you and making this a spooktacular event.”

Those who attend Boomer’s Boo Bash can participate in various fall activities and game booths run by student-athletes and student organizations while enjoying food trucks, a bounce house, face painting, trick-or-treating, prizes and more. Halloween costumes are encouraged. Local businesses and community organizations also will participate.
