Quinnipiac Basketball Coach Tom Moore Agrees to Contract Extension

Head basketball coach Tom Moore has led the Bobcats to since 2007 when he came to Quinnipiac University in .

According to the Connecticut Post, Quinnipiac and Moore have agreed to a contract extension that would keep him at the university through the 2016-17 season.

Moore spent 13 years as an assistant under Jim Calhoun at the University of Connecticut. The Post said he has been mention as a possible replacement for Calhoun, who is 70.
