Quinnipiac University Announces 2025 Commencement Speakers
A distinguished group of national leaders in medicine, law, health care, business and journalism will deliver keynote addresses.

HAMDEN, Conn. - Quinnipiac University will celebrate the achievements of its graduating students during six commencement ceremonies across three days, May 9–11. A distinguished group of national leaders in medicine, law, health care, business and journalism will deliver keynote addresses to the Class of 2025.
The ceremonies will be held at both the M&T Bank Arena on the York Hill Campus and the Quad on the Mount Carmel Campus, with each school or college holding its own celebration.
Friday, May 9 — M&T Bank Arena, York Hill Campus, 305 Sherman Ave.
- 1 p.m. – Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine
- Keynote Speaker: Dr. Richard Levin, former President and CEO and current senior adviser at the Arnold P. Gold Foundation
- 5 p.m. – School of Law
- Keynote Speaker: Craig McLean, former director of research at NOAA
Saturday, May 10 — Quad, Mount Carmel Campus, 275 Mount Carmel Ave.

- 10 a.m. – School of Education and School of Nursing (Undergraduate and Graduate)
- Keynote Speaker:
- 3 p.m. – College of Arts & Sciences and School of Communications (Undergraduate and Graduate)
- Keynote Speaker: Eric Marrapodi, vice president of news programming at NPR
Sunday, May 11 — Quad, Mount Carmel Campus, 275 Mount Carmel Ave.
- 10 a.m. – School of Business and School of Computing & Engineering (Undergraduate and Graduate)
- Keynote Speaker: Richard Benton, vice president and general manager of Sikorsky Aircraft
- 3 p.m. – School of Health Sciences (Undergraduate and Graduate)
- Keynote Speaker: Dr. Barry Stein, vice president and chief innovation officer at Hartford HealthCare
At the conclusion of each ceremony, all graduates and guests are invited to a post-ceremony reception with light refreshments. The receptions provide an opportunity for graduates to gather with family, take photographs and connect with faculty and university leaders. Attendance is optional.
