Quinnipiac University Inducts Students Into Lambda Pi Eta

Sixty-four students were inducted into the National Communication Association's honor society at Quinnipiac University December 4.

From Quinnipac University: Sixty-four Quinnipiac University students were inducted into Lambda Pi Eta, the National Communication Association’s honor society, during a campus ceremony on Dec. 4.

The members who were inducted are: Richard A. Lambda Pi Eta became part of the National Communication Association in 1988, and was made the association’s official honor society in 1995. Its main purpose is to recognize, foster and reward students who have outstanding scholastic achievement in communication studies. It also aims to promote professional development and create a closer bond between professors and students.

Students inducted into the society must exhibit superior academic performance in the field of communication and in overall academic performance. The society also offers students opportunities to network with other communication professionals.
