Readers’ Choice: Tech Auto

Trust goes a long way when it comes to auto repairs. Earlier this week we asked for the best and most trustworthy auto mechanic in Hamden. The poll results – and reviews – are in: is the winner. 

The business received 35 percent of the 637 votes cast, and also received accolades from readers.

"Tech Auto.... 100% the best!" Hamden Patch reader said. "Tech Auto for sure!"  agreed. 

"Tech auto is definitely number one!! Been given exceptional service for over 15 years and never any complaints," commented .

But other mechanics have their fans too. Troy's Automotive came in second with 28 percent, or 180 votes. 

"Troy's Auto! The best around! Very good, knowledgeable, and most important honest!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!" said .

"If you own a JEEP or any CHRYSLER product, then TROY is your man!" said . "We are a family of JEEP owners and we NEVER go anywhere else! came in third with 86 votes, and  garnered 72 votes.

In the end, all Hamden residents came out winners -- the town has a number of high quality auto mechanics from which to chose.
