Senior Health and Lifestyle Festival Thursday
Lots of information available to seniors and caregivers.
The Hamden Chamber of Commerce Health and Wellness Committtee hosts its Senior Health and Lifestyle Festival Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon at the Thornton Wilder Auditorium at Miller Memorial Library.
More than 40 vendors will be on hand distributing information and conducting screenings that will include blood pressure, glaucoma and stroke. The state Department of Social Services Rx-Express Bus will be there also providing information and screening.
Flu shots will be available and anyone wanting one should bring insurance information.

There will be live entertainment, door prizes and refreshemtns. Coffee and bagles will be provided by Bagelicious of Cheshire.
