Shots Fired At Car In Broad Daylight: Hamden Police
Several shots were fired at a person in a car, according to police.
HAMDEN, CT — Police are investigating after several shots were fired at an intended victim in a vehicle Monday morning in Hamden. Police say the shooting occurred at about 11:50 a.m. on Nov. 4 on Newhall Street.
A passenger, who was seated inside of an older model station wagon, fired several shots at a 26-year-old New Haven resident, according to Capt. Ronald Smith.
Smith said the intended victim was seated inside of his vehicle. The gunshots struck the rear window, rear vent window and a tire. There were no reported injuries, according to Smith.
