Silver Alerts Issued for Missing Hamden Teens (Updated)

Update: The Silver Alert for Esteban Melendez has been canceled. He has been located, according to police. No further information was given.

Hamden Police have issued Silver Alerts for Esteban Melendez, 16, and Paul Pacheco, 15.

Police said both are endangered runaways and have been missing since Feb. 3.

Melendez is described as white/Hispanic with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.

Melendez was last seen wearing gray sweat pants and sweat shirt and black and white sneakers.

Pacheco is described as white with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.

Pacheco was last seen wearing a gray sweat shirt, gray sweat pants and black and white sneakers.

Anyone with information on the teens and their whereabouts is asked to call the Hamden Police Department at 203-230-4000.
