Hamden Fathers Baseball + Softball Association: The Little League organization for children ages 3 and up in Hamden. Hamden Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading: Hamden Hurricanes is a youth football and cheerleading association organized and administered by an all-volunteer charter known as the Hamden Fathers Football and Cheerleading Association (HFFCA), established in 1969. The league offers tackle football, flag football, and competitive cheerleading.
Hamden Fathers Basketball: The Hamden Fathers' Basketball Association was founded in 1955 in association with the Department of Parks and Recreation. "Our league is designed for boys and girls from 5 up to 17 years of age and teaches the game of basketball in a positive environment that promotes fun for the entire family."
Hamden Regional Youth Basketball League: The league offers 12 divisions, with ages from 5 to 17 years old.
