HAMDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Khalil Council, 16, who was reported missing from Hamden on Monday, Nov. 21.
Council has black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds.
He was last seen wearing black jeans and a gray-hooded sweatshirt.
