Hamden Police Officer Eaton Pleads Guilty, Resigns

Hamden – Late this morning Devin Eaton entered a plea of nolo contendere to one count of first degree assault, a class B felony. We have been in contact with Mr. Eaton’s union representative regarding Mr. Eaton’s employment status with the Town of Hamden. The union representative has advised us that Mr. Eaton intends to comply with the terms of his plea agreement and to immediately resign from employment with the Town of Hamden.Mr. Eaton’s resignation is expected by the close of business tomorrow, Friday January 14th.
