HAMDEN, CT — Registration is open for businesses, artists, crafters and civic organizations at Hamden Fest, which takes place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 3.
“Each year, thousands of spectators come together at Town Center Park to the biggest event that kicks off the summer season in Hamden,” according to a news release from the Hamden Regional Chamber of Commerce. “This is a must-do event for your business. Meet, greet and reach potential new customers to showcase and sell your products and services.”
HRCC President Nancy Dudchik said, “We are proud to partner with the Town of Hamden once again to highlight all Hamden has to offer. We want people to come out and celebrate and support businesses, arts, and all of what makes our community so rich.”

Vendor space for the Business Expo and the Arts, Crafts and Civic Fest is available, but is “selling out fast,” according to organizers.
Space in the Arts, Crafts & Civic Fest is limited to only 75 spaces.

“Hamden Fest is an extravaganza of events and activities in Town Center Park for the whole family,” officials wrote in the news release. “Come enjoy this lively festival that will bring together businesses, arts, culture and community.”
The all-day event starts with the Hamden Fest Half Marathon and 5K Road Race at 9 a.m. The Festival opens at 11 a.m. with the Business & Community Expo, Kids Zone, the Miller Memorial Library’s Book Sale at 10 a.m., concerts throughout the day, food trucks, and the Arts, Crafts and Civic Fest.
