An empty building now stands at 2308 Whitney Ave., the former home of Whitney Sandwich and Benjamin Moore Paint.
The building is next to the former Centerville Lumber, which also closed and is still vacant and for sale Both properties, a total of 5.44 acres, are being marketed together and are for sale for $3.2 million.
