Xfinity/Comcast Announces Return Date for New York Yankees Baseball

It’s official Yankee fans – the Yankees will be returning to the YES Network on Xfinity/Comcast as of March 31st – just in time for the regular season.

Customers who previously received YES and did not change their level will level of service will automatically see YES on their line-up, in most cases in its previous channel location, beginning on with Yankees vs. Atlanta Braves preseason game on March 31st, according to an Xfinity/Comcast spokesman.

The Yankees open the regular season, on YES, against Tampa on April 2nd.

An agreement to bring the network back after a year-long absence came in January, but it was unclear until now exactly when the channel would return.
