1 Dead, 1 Injured, Driver Charged In Hartford Wreck
A driver is being charged with operating under the influence following a pedestrian vs. motor vehicle crash.

HARTFORD, CT — A woman is dead and a man is being treated for injuries following a car vs. pedestrian crash at Park and Washington streets Thursday morning, according to police. The car fled onto I-84 following the wreck.
Police later caught the suspect driver who is being charged with operating under the influence and motor vehicle violations. More charges are expected.
Park and Washington streets are expected to be closed for several hours this morning. Police recommend drivers seek other routes.
