1 Dead, 1 Injured In Hartford Head-on Crash

HARTFORD, CT — One person is dead and another was hospitalized in a Saturday afternoon crash on Main Street in Hartford, according to WTNH News-8. Jason Lewis, 46, of Hartford, was killed in the wreck.

Lewis was driving north on Main Street at 2:48 p.m. when his Nissan Altima made contact with the rear of another vehicle, then entered the southbound lane and hit another car traveling in the opposite direction.

The other driver was transported to the hospital and is listed in stable condition, WTNH News-8 reported.
