17-year-old Girl Missing In Hartford Since Last Week
Police said Serenity Flecha, 17, of Hartford, has brown hair and brown eyes and has been missing since last Thursday.
HARTFORD, CT — City police are looking for a 17-year-old girl described as an "endangered runaway," according to a Silver Alert issued Monday night.
Police said Serenity Flecha, 17, of Hartford, is of an "unknown" race with brown hair and brown eyes, according to the alert, issued at 8:15 p.m. Monday.
Flecha stands 5-feet-3-inches tall and weight 130 pounds, according to police.

She was last seen wearing a black jacket with black pants, according to the alert, and has been missing since last Thursday, Oct. 27.
