18-Year-Old Woman, Infant Missing In Hartford

Police are looking for Symphony Arroyo, 18, as well as an infant girl named Loyalty Arroyo, both missing since Jan. 6.

HARTFORD, CT — City police are looking for an 18-year-old woman and an infant girl with the same last name, according to two separate Silver Alerts issued Wednesday night.

Both have been missing since Jan. 6.

According to the alerts, issued just after 9 p.m., Hartford police are looking for Symphony Arroyo, 18, who is described as a female of unknown race and unknown natural hair color with brown eyes.

Police said she stands 5-feet-3-inches tall and weighs 120 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a gray shirt, pajama pants and, reportedly, has orange hair.

Shortly after the alert for Symphony Arroyo, an alert was issued for an infant girl named Loyalty

Arroyo, who police said weighs 15 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Police did not have a racial identification with the baby as well as a photograph of her.
