2 Dead, 1 Injured In Shooting At Hartford House Party: Reports

HARTFORD, CT — Two people are dead after a fight at a Hartford house party led to multiple shootings early Saturday morning, according to multiple reports citing police.

Hartford police were called to a home on Garden Street just before 5 a.m. for a report of shots fired, Fox 61 reported. When officers arrived, they found a large party had taken place at the home.

According to reports, police said a fight started in the basement and someone opened fire. One person was fatally shot and another was injured, NBC Connecticut reported.

At that point, a second person opened fire and fatally shot the first shooter, reports said.

The second shooter remained on the scene and is cooperating with police, NBC Connecticut reported.
