Man, 28, Killed In Broad Daylight Shooting In Hartford: Report
He was found unresponsive in a crashed car in Hartford, according to reports.

HARTFORD, CT — City police are investigating a mid-afternoon homicide Thursday that resulted in a man getting shot, then crashing his car and, later, dying.
According to WFSB Channel 3, Hartford police said the victim has been identified as Carl Patterson, 28.
Police said they believe the victim was shot while in his vehicle, then crashed his car at the intersection of Albany Avenue adn Woodland Street while fleeing the scene, according to WFSB Channel 3.

Fox 61 reported that Patterson, a Hartford resident, was shot on Baltimore Street at about 2:30 p.m. Thursday, along with other victims inside the vehicle.
