4 Women Injured In Hartford Hit-And-Run: Police

Hartford police say four women were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

HARTFORD, CT — Four pedestrians were injured in a hit-and-run in Hartford Friday afternoon, according to police.

Police were dispatched to Nelson Street at around 4 p.m. on reports of a car-pedestrian collision, the Hartford Police Department said. Police found four women on the scene, whom they said were conscious and alert. The women were taken to the hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The car reportedly fled the scene, but was found abandoned shortly after, police said. The incident remains under investigation. No suspect has been named.
