HARTFORD, CT — A 167-unit apartment portfolio spanning 23 properties in Hartford's West End has sold for $14,281,500, according to Northeast Private Client Group.
The Shelton-based investment sales firm announced last month it represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
Senior Vice President of Investments Taylor Perun and Managing Director Brad Balletto handled the sale. The buyer and seller were not identified.
Known as the "West End Hartford Portfolio," the collection includes 23 multifamily properties concentrated within three blocks of one another in Hartford's West End neighborhood.
According to Northeast Private Client Group, the portfolio offers the new owner a significant multifamily presence in an established residential neighborhood with strong rental demand and convenient access to downtown Hartford, West Hartford, major employers, universities and cultural attractions.

The transaction adds to Northeast Private Client Group's portfolio of investment sales across the Northeast and Southeast.
The firm said it has completed more than 1,450 transactions totaling more than $4.5 billion in value involving mixed-use, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties.
