HARTFORD, CT — Police are investigating a fatal shooting in Hartford.
Officers responded to the area of 169 North Canaan St. at 10:17 p.m. Wednesday following a ShotSpotter notification.
Police found an unresponsive victim inside a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was declared dead at the scene of the incident.
Police identified the victim as Richard Williams, 20, of Hartford.
