Girl, 17, Dead After Shooting In Hartford Wednesday Night: Reports

HARTFORD, CT — A 17-year-old girl is dead after being shot in Hartford Wednesday night, according to multiple reports.

WFSB Channel 3 reports the Hartford Police Department is still searching for a suspect.

According to WFSB, another individual was injured in the shooting, and the condition is still unknown.

The shooting was first reported at 7 p.m., when a ShotSpotter activation was reported on East Raymond Street, WFSB reported, citing police.

According to WVIT Channel 30, when police arrived, two victims were found on a front porch nearby, with both victims identified as 17-year-old girls.
