Arrest Made In Hartford Teen Murder

A man has been arrested for shooting two teens Wednesday. One of the teens died.

HARTFORD, CT — Police have arrested a 24-year-old Bristol resident for the murder of a 17-year-old Wednesday in the city.

The teen was shot in an apartment at 898 Park Street and succumbed to his injuries. Another 17-year-old victim who was also hit by gun fire is expected to recover from his injuries, police said.

Police got a signed arrest warrant Thursday morning and arrested William Moore. He is charged with murder, first-degree assault and criminal possession of a firearm. He is being held in lieu of $1.5 million bail.
