Baby Pepper Sprayed During Housing Voucher Chaos
The baby was among four people who had to be treated in Hartford after a housing voucher handout turned chaotic.
HARTFORD, CT — A baby and three others were pepper sprayed after a hand out of housing vouchers turned chaotic in Hartford Friday morning.
About 150 people lined up for housing vouchers outside the Hartford Housing Resource office for 75 avialable vouchers, according to NBC Connecticut. People pushed to the front of the line when a woman sprayed the crowd.
The mother of the baby was among those who had to be treated at the hospital.
